[Sca-cooks] question, please?

hi, I generally don't post here, although I do read avidly ... but, not
being a Scadian, or an expert period cook, I like to just hang around
the shadows and learn, learn, LEARN.  However ...

A friend of mine just picked 18 pounds of blueberries. (whew!) and has
asked me to see if I can find recipes for blueberry syrup or liqueor of
some sorts.  The  recipes need not be period--just tasty, (smile.) Sooo.
if anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it, and so would she.  If you
don't want to clutter the list with this, just email me privately.
