HEre is a delightful blueberry mead recipe that is the favorite of mine. It is my signature melomel when I can make it go without infection. It is truly a superior mead, if I can add humbly, but I cannot figure out why the body, flavor and color are so rich compared to others I've had and made. The Name is a tribute to the color and mouthfeel I got from it. A bottle of this holds the Kanves record for Auction total. . . . $75.00 for one bottle in heated action ( I donated a second to the purchaser in embarassment)

A friend of mine just picked 18 pounds of blueberries. (whew!) and has
asked me to see if I can find recipes for blueberry syrup or liqueor of
some sorts. The recipes need not be period--just tasty, (smile.) Sooo.
if anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it, and so would she. If you
don't want to clutter the list with this, just email me privately.
