This is indeed sad news.

I have enjoyed her web pages for many years and used them as a valuable resource.

On the otherhand - this is the time for those of you who haven't been feeling quite up to par to get yourselves into the doctor's office and get yourself checked out!

I just did - based on some things which were being said on the Calontir net over the past few weeks and discovered I have diabetes - and I had better get moving on the diet and exercise if I want to see my 2-yr old graduate from high-school!

Life is too precious and too full of fun to waste on bad health habits.  I have too much stuff I want to do yet.
