[Sca-cooks] Make sure you are subscribed

Please make sure you are subscribed to the
Cooks list if you wish to post. I get a lot
of messages from people who are not subscribed.
If you don't wish to recieve messages you can
still be subscribed but not have postings sent
to that address.

Many of your comments are too valuable for them
to get bounced for this.
So if you are posting from an address that you
are not subscribed to the list from then the
message will get bounced.
