Thank you everyone. I acomplished butter tonight using my blender and hand mixer. I made 1 qt of cream which yielded approx 2 cups butter. =) I also had a chance tonight to try out my new apple corer, slicer, peeler contraption.. IT IS AWESOME!!! Cerridwyn
