[Sca-cooks] hi I'm new to the list

Welcome, Vara, we are a mostly-friendly, sometimes fractious lot, and we are
always interested to hear a new person's views on historical cooking (as
long as that view isn't "all period food sucks!") I have met various Regia
Anglorum folks over the years, and know them to be sticklers about
authenticity. I am anxious to hear about your research in your chosen area.
Adamantius' advice was good, a homebrew while wading through our *very*
verbose list is a great idea!
