[Sca-cooks] Semmel

I wondered about that myself, but (IIRC) if you keep reading, you'll run
across recipes for semmel (semmels?).  I seem to recall thinking it was
a breadish/rollish/sort of thing, or perhaps some sort of cake? At any
rate, it's definitely a food item....
