I got voluntold that I'm feastocratting an event in November, and they want
a menu post haste...

This is my shot at it, and due to all you wonderful people, I'm going to try
to do at least 1/2 actual period food...grin

I need to know if there are any holes in the menu...Help, and they want it
TONIGHT!!!!!

1st Remove

Olives with peppers and olive oil
Tuffahyya
Shiraz Bi-Buqul
Hummus
Pita bread triangles (maybe Nan, what do you think)
Fried Spinach
Nutcakes

2nd Remove

Beef and Barley Stew
Pork Roasts
Roasted Onion Salad
Red Cabbage
Lozenges Fryes
(Need a confection, easy to make and light)

Any help available would be appreciated...
