I've read a more thorough article about this a few years ago. Existing data
was studied, no cat tossing data was created specifically for study! Someone
collected data from vetrinary hospitals on cat falls from high rises.  The
data indicated: of cats falling from high rise buildings, those starting
higher had a better chance than those starting lower.
