Cindy's list is the most comprehensive I know of. She looked through my
online-ckbks-msg file but found only one that was new to her, so that
file won't help you.

In looking through this file in the FOOD-BOOKS section of the Florilegium:
16thC-cookbk-bib  (11K)  3/ 2/00    A bibliography of 16th C. cookbooks.

I do find these books mentioned. However, I don't know if any of these
are online.
