[Sca-cooks] Suggestions anyone?

Hi all.  I thought I would throw out the question to the list.  In a few
months we are cooking for Baronial Birthday and the theme (I mentioned this
before here) is 15th century Florence (Northern Italy).  We are beginning to
gather possible recipes (and their sources) for this feast.  If anyone has
any good suggestions please let me know.
