  They're easy, but not all that fancy.
  Truthfully, I just took an ordinary 6oz can of mushroom stems &
pieces, squeeze-drained them and dumped them in a small pan, sprinkled
a little onion soup mix over them, plopped on a big blob of butter and
splashed in a jot or two of sherry. Cooked them down for about 8-10
minutes and took them to meet the steaks.
