OK, I just got caught up with all of the turky day discussions. The only way
I can get the cooks list is at work [provided I don't get caught!] so I have
to sneak reading it ...
My plans are to make the mal co-incide with Phlip and Andrew's arrival a day
or so before Christmas Eve...and I got the idea of doing duck from being
'convinced' to do a catered dinner tonight inolving duck and pyckel for
mallarde ;-)
I plan on a double sort of dinner - plain american country style and fancier
furrin cookin;-)
roast duck chicken pot pie
pyckel for mallard stuffing made outside the bird
pommes landaise german sweet/sour red cabbage
digbys goo on cauliflower fresh bread with assorted spreads
baked apples Margali persimmon pudding with brandied hardsauce
What's everybody else planning?
