Christmas Day dinner is, pasta either manicotti or ravioli, steamed
artichokes, eggplant, baked chicken, salad, roasted chestnuts, cookies and
pastries for dessert with espresso and brown coffee. The Sicilian side likes
to serve fennel with the coffees before the desserts are brought out.

Christmas Eve is the meal we go all out for, traditionally its a fish day so
we have baked clams, fish salad, fried calemari, stuffed calemari with
spaghetti, mussle soup, linguini with white and red clam sauce, shrimp,
boiled, fried, scampied.
