I always tell my staff that I firmly believe in the following saying:

"Beat your staff everyday, if you don't know why, they do..."

Seems a very similar situation :-)

As an aside, this delema instead of dilemna has given me to make a double
take a couple times, reading "enema" instead...  Oye!
