Thank you! Yes, I imagine it would work well on rollmops also, though they
have a stronger flavour than the anchovies.
So your Chinese market sells fresh turmeric? Do you know what they use it
for? I've only been able to find a reference to its use for helping heal
scars, nothing in the Chinese culinary area.
