Unfortunately, I can't give specifics.  It's what I heard on the radio
from somebody being touted as an expert.  That's what has me concerned -
so far, I haven't heard anything specific from anybody "official," so I
don't want to put too much stock in what I do hear.  It might be a whole
lot better; It might be a whole lot worse.  While I'm not concerned
about getting radioactive mail ;) do I want to risk potentially delicate
things until the real details are known?
