We grew up on a farm, so we always had a beef in the
freezer... about the worst would have been the year
the one cow ended up ground up as all hamburger...
We ate every variation of meatloaf, chili, etc.
throughout that entire year with no roasts or steaks
except for what was purchased special which wasn't
very often.
