[Sca-cooks] More than one To the Queen's Taste?

I've seen the Hilles book.  As I recall, it's one of those cookbooks meant
to make the unskilled cook look good.  A quick check shows that it was
originally published in 1937 and revised in 1950.

The book you want is Lorna Sass' To The Queen's Taste published by the
Metropolitan Museum of Art in 1976.  It's running in the $40-60 dollar range
currently.  I bought my copy about 7 years ago for $7.50.
