[Sca-cooks] More than one To the Queen's Taste?

I never heard of it.  I only know about the one from the Metropolitan
Museum...did you try AddAll.com?  They do have a used book part to their
site that works wonderfully well...found a book there yesterday that I
had lost all hope of ever finding...it's been out of print for probably
40 years!
