[Sca-cooks] Proteges Belts

When I was in Atlantia, since there was no standard, I made a leather belt
for my proteges stained in my colors lengthwise down the belt. In Trimaris,
there is a much stronger preference for specific belt colors so I now use
the
traditional yellow belts.
