Last year I did turkey wontons and put them in soup (with lemon grass and all that). Ohhhh, so good! I'll look for the recipe. I just was so tired of turkey sandwiches, turkey and dumplings, turkey fajitas, grilled turkey on salad. Turkey wontons were fun and yum! Wrynne
