Personal experience/knowledge if it contains asbestos and you need to bring
it up seek professional help.  There is an OSHA 8 hr. short course on top of
the OSHA 40 hr. and asbestos inspector courses that have to be taken just to
qualify.  Unqualified kludges did it wrong a few years back in my parents
house.  Pops had it all on video, were they surprised when Dad's lawyer
asked if they would like to see the tape when the lawsuit was filed.
