I am teaching two classes at KWAS (Kitchen Management and Norse
Discovery Sagas) and am planning on passing out my class notes as
diskettes for both classes.  The Kitchen Management "notes" are a series
of word documents and spreadsheets that I use to plan menus, shopping,
equipment (serving and cooking), and timelines.  The NDS notes are a
powerpoint.

If anyone wants them, contact me NEXT week (off list) and I will gladly
send them.
