Some good general things, and a few that would increase the overall spiff
level in my kitchens...
Working with marzipan
Garnishing in general
Running a local cooks guild
Protocol for high tables
Beyond lemonade and sekajabin - drinks for feasts
Rock bottom budgeting
...and probably others that won't come to me since I am sleepy.
