[Sca-cooks] What class would you teach/take?

an idea i've had bouncing around my head for years would actually be a
series of classes.

You start the day with a pen full of bunnies, chickens, and perhaps a
goat.

The days classes start out with husbandry.... on to slaughter,
skinning (at this point the classes split... some following the skin,
the rest the meat) butchery/tanning (another split following the
bones), sausage making /leatherworking/bone carving/cooking and so
on.... by the end of the day, you've got the makings for a meal and a
days worth of classes behind you....

I think one of the real reasons i want to do this is that i feel that
since i consume meat, i should go through the process at least
once.... but i still think it's be a nifty day...
