If you had a weekend event to teach or take classes on period
food, what kind of classes would you like?
I would take classes on Bread making
Redaction for beginners,Marzipan,food preservation
menu planning and anything that involved making and
tasting what we made and getting to take some home or
have it be used for on-board lunch or feast.
