[Sca-cooks] What class would you teach/take?

Alban, I know that Master Terafon Greyseas, formerly of Atlantia, now in Drachewald
(you lucky stiffs!), makes a lovely ginger beer that is non-alcoholic.  I don't
think it's a real beer, but something along the lines of a modern ginger ale or
sarsparilla.
