I believe the rules on alcohol at U.S. SCA functions prohibit alcoholic
beverages being served in such a way as to be 'part' of the feast or
appear to be distributed by the group.

I'm not sure what would constitute non-alcoholic in terms of small beer
for the purpose of the rules.
