Oh.. My friend would like a recipe, if possible. She says if it includes
flour or eggs, it's not the recipe her grandma made.
She thinks they're called kartacze or pyzy.

While prepping for Gothic Barbeque #4, a friend of mine from Poland was
trying to describe a dish her grandmother made. She's trying to figure out
the name. Apparently it is potato with a meat filling. Potatoes are
riced/ground and the liquid is squeezed out, then mixed with cooked mashed
potatoes until a dough/paste is formed, then stuffed with ground meat and
boiled. My friend's looking for the name of this dish.
Anyone got any ideas?
