[Sca-cooks] Spice Mixes pt.2

      More tasting and trying over last day or two.............
           Poudre Douce(from the Florgelum Files)
      very tasty !!!
     Tried the Fine spice powder(from the Medieval Kitchen pg 221)
      as the seasoning for a grilled burger(good beef) it was very
     good,I didnt know quite what to expect and was pleasently
      surprised,I may well add this into my everyday  cooking stuff.
     Recommendations? Suggestons ? I am liking this make n taste thing
     ALOT !!!
