Vittoria gave a description of what the gadget is and how to make the
mamoul cookies. These sound delicious.

Well, not quite. Do we have any evidence that these cookies might be
period? There is nothing about them that stands out saying that they
aren't period or couldn't be. However, I'd prefer to have better
evidence than just my supposition.
