However, despite being a complete novice, I've recently volunteered to coordinate the feast for an event my college is hosting in February.  I must be insane ;-)  I don't expect we'll have more than 70 people to cook for, but still, I've never made dinner for more than a dozen before.  (I decided this, by the way, right in the middle of the discussion where people were exchanging their feast horror stories...it almost made me change my mind, as you can well imagine!)  The theme is medieval Andalusian...fun stuff!

Probably...I'm really not sure.  Then again, there is so much butter in the dough that you may be able to get away without doing anything.
