Really?  How big is it?  It looked about "normal" size in the photo, but then again it's hard to tell.  The ones we make at home are about 3 inches in diameter, I think.

Do!  And if you can't finish off the cookies on your own, well, then what else are your friends for? ;)  When my mom sent me a care package of those cookies last Easter, my roommates ate more of them than I did :(

I'll post the recipe when I get home tonight.  The recipe is for one big pie, but last time, I made six small ones instead (each of which would have fed two people very heartily).
