[Sca-cooks] OOP: Frying pan opinions?

I normally use cast iron  because I have set of Griswold.  I prefer it to a
heavy aluminum frying pan I own and several thin non-stick pans which have
died over the years.  I find my round griddle works best for pancakes.

I have recently added some Dansk cookware, including a frying pan with a
copper sandwich.  It seems to heat evenly even on the smaller burners, but I
haven't tested it on panckaes.
