That's why I like my JennAire. I can use either two burners, as burners,
or switch them out, put on a long slender thing for the flame, and then
put the griddle on top.
Cariadoc, you didn't say? Is your stovetop gas or electric?
(If you did say, I didn't catch that part. . .)
