Also, it sounds like this might be something that one
could make - esp. since her priorities are ease of
re-usability.

It probably wouldn't be the highest quality baking pan
out there, but someone should be able to get their
hands on some tin sheeting and bend it to form the
right shape, because it's a fairly simple shape
basically.
