[Sca-cooks] Parsley roots?

As they are a root veggie, it's entirely possible that, if you kept them in
a cool, dry place, similar to a root cellar, they would keep.  I'm not sure
about freezing, especially for any length of time.  Thy might become mushy
tasting as potatoes often do.
