1# Butter
3 cups granulated sugar
6 eggs
4 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup Grand Marnier
1-2 cups fresh cranberries (to taste)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Almond extract

if using dried cranberries you can reconstitute them in the Grand Marnier but
decrease the flour by 1/4 cup.

Combine milk and Grand Marnier
Cream butter until pale yellow, gradually add sugar. Add eggs one at a time,
beating well after each addition. Alternating flour and milk, gradually add
into batter, mix well after each. End with milk. blend in extracts and gently
fold in cranberries.

Spoon batter into greased and floured 10" Mold (I use a decorative bundt mold)
and bake in a 360 degree oven about 1:45:00 until golden brown on top and a
long bamboo skewer comes out clean. Let cool about ten minutes and invert
onto a platter.

I like to dust with powdered sugar or glaze with Grand Marnier simple syrup.
