[Sca-cooks] japanese menus

What I was curious about is that you advertised in your description of
your Japanese cooking class that you were going supply a handout
containing period recipes.  I wondered if you had done these
translations and, if so, if you would be willing to share them?  If I
pass them on to others, I would give you full credit for the
translations, if you wish.  I can handle doing the redactions myself.
At the very least, do you have any listings of dishes that were served
in period?
