[Sca-cooks] Tongue in Disguise

I found this recipe on the Turten page in Max Rumpolt, Ein New
Kochbuch, 1581 on-line

20. Take a roast Ox-tongue, chop it with small black raisins,
cinnamon, sugar and egg yolks, so it is a good filling.

It's a filling for a pie.
