3 reasons
 1. I have a mild allergy to walnuts (the skins, I think), so I almost
always sub out pecans when called for. These are a shortbread-type of
cookie, with nuts. Yes, I'll post the recipe a bit later.
 2. Whenever I make these, they vanish off the plate like they had
wings
 3. Too lazy/busy to do the research.  :-)
