[Sca-cooks] NOTE REGARDING POTRERO WAR : NO FIRES

This war was canceled once because there was a large fire in the area.  The
park was being used as a staging ground for the CDF and a camping area for
the 'Honor Prisoners" who were helping to put out the fire.  By the way it
was a Sept. War and it was not even a dry then as it is now.  There have
already been two fires in the area.  One were the one last time was(around
Barrett Junction). and a second that came up to the park over by the
parking.

It most likly be very sunny and HOT at Petrero this year.  Solar would be an
excelant choice.  Tha park is about 4 miles north of the Mexican border.
