And the best recipe I've used (Aunt Dodo's- no please don't laugh, the woman
was fantastic, and not my aunt, but a friend's aunt) used apple cider
vinegar, no leavening agent and comes out perfectly flaky and evenly browned,
every time I use it. Goes great with apple pie. And it's about that time of
year again too!!
