<Delurk>  I have Elizabeth David's book and it is awesome.  However, I just bought the Book of Bread from Chapters here in Calgary, Alberta.  It was reduced to $25 Cdn and remaindered on the 75% off table....total price $6.50 Cdn.  Check out your local Chapters stores.
