A quick check shows that Wilbur probably doesn't export to the Netherlands
(but apparently they do make some chocolate pieces that go into Haagen-Daz
ice cream... interesting!) There aren't a lot of places outside of
Lancaster PA where I've found Wilbur chocolate for sale: but it is really
really rich and delicious. The Wilbur buds are shaped somewhat like
Hershey kisses, but they are infinitely superior. I don't know if it is
the cocoa butter or what but Wilbur chocolate is so rich that it sort of
coats the inside of your mouth (to eat an entire bar at one sitting, you
need  milk or something else other than water to wash it down with).
