[Sca-cooks] Is everyone OK?

My husband routinely gave when he was a teenager in the
DC area back in the late 1970's, but
neither he nor I can give blood now. For years we've
been barred because 2 immediate family members have had
hepatitis (both were medical professionals)and now
we are further barred because we were
in England for a year in the 1980's.

I think I'm going to go buy a flag and mount it at this
house tomorrow. At least it would be a measure of something.
It's been rather hard to quit feeling numb.
