[Sca-cooks] Broad beans (Fava)

I had read about this in *Food in Antiquity*. The only way I have
been able to find fava beans here have been hideously priced, dried.
Unless I can find them canned, it's going to wind up being some other
kind of bean. Fortunately, the intended consumers are all known to me,
and if I can figure out how to do them cost wise, I'll be sure to warn
everyone.
