What sensai joke?
--maire, OFC....anybody got any especially good period recipes for pears
(besides the ones in the florilegium, Stefan <g>)? A couple of friends
have a tree that's completely loaded with ripe pears.  Some of them I'm
turning into pear butter, but we're going to put up a bunch (probably
just freeze them) for some sort of nummy period pastry/goodie for
Harvest Court next month....
