Bethra described her upcoming dayboard.

It looks wonderful, especially this one:
> Cold Roast Beef
> Roasted Garlic Sauce, Horseradish Sauce & Red Mustard

> Breads: White & Rye
> Honeyed Butter, Herb Butter, Plain Whipped Butter
>
> Crispy Nut Slices (pecan cookies)
>
> Dried Cherries, Raisins, & Almonds
>
> Spiced Cider, Lemon-Nutmeg Drink, Cold Brewed Tea, Water

But the honeyed butter isn't period (as far as anyone has found
out yet) except as a medicinal.

Pecans are New World. Why not some period or at least European
cookies? Perhaps this file might be useful:
cookies-msg (96K) 9/ 7/01 Period cookies. Recipes.
Digby-Cakes-art (12K) 6/30/01 "Excellent Small Cakes Revisited"
                                       by Tirloch of Tallaght.

And the tea isn't period, but like coffee sometimes has to get
included for political reasons, so understandable.
